Exhibitor Agreement and Rules
Showcase your cards, collectibles, comics, toys, and memorabilia at Sonoma County’s must-attend, indoor, climate-controlled, premier card show! Vendors each have their own prime space to connect with collectors, buyers, and enthusiasts. Includes free parking for vendors and visitors, bathroom facilities, and food options. Table set-up and breakdown included.

Table Reservations
Email taylortradescardshow@gmail.com and include the following:
- Full Name
- Business Name
- Phone Number

- Detailed description of items
Payment and Confirmation
Full payment must be made to reserve your space. Venmo or Paypal accepted.
Setup instructions will be sent the week of the event.
Exhibitor Tables: $100 per 8' x 2.5' Table
Table fees are non-refundable and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitor Pass & Security Policy:
Vendor reservations include two (2) chairs and two (2) exhibitor passes per Table. Any extra staff, helpers, or guests exceeding the two-pass limit must purchase a full-price general admission ticket.
Unregistered "Partners" / Multi-Table Setups: For building security and liability compliance, we do not permit unregistered third parties or secondary vendors on the floor under a single booth reservation. If you are co-booking or sharing space with other sellers, each seller/partner must submit their own separate reservation so their business and contact details are registered with show management.
Setup and Breakdown
Friday Event
Setup: Friday, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
Event Hours: Friday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
Vendors are to remain open for the entire event.
Breakdown: 10:00 PM - 11:30 PM. No early breakdowns.
Saturday Event
Setup: Saturday, 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM.
Event Hours: Saturday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Vendors are to remain open for the entire event.
Breakdown: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM. No early breakdowns.
Vendor Responsibilities
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining their space, including cleanliness and presentation and must conduct business professionally and courteously. Exhibitors are solely responsible for managing their transactions, including sales tax collection and reporting.
Prohibited Items
The sale of counterfeit items, illegal goods, or any products not related to the hobby is strictly prohibited. Taylor Trades LLC reserves the right to request the removal of any prohibited or inappropriate items from an Exhibitor's table.
Liability and Insurance
Exhibitors agree to hold Taylor Trades LLC, Santa Rosa Veterans Memorial Building, and their representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the event. Exhibitors are encouraged to secure their own liability insurance for added protection.
Cancellation Policy
All table purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
Compliance with Venue Rules
Exhibitors must adhere to all venue policies and safety regulations, including fire codes and prohibited materials. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
Promotion and Marketing
Exhibitor fees also include promotion and marketing. Vendors grant permission for Taylor Trades LLC to use your business name, logo, and photos of your booth for promotional purposes.
